Event/Catering Coordinator We are looking for an energetic, personable and responsible coordinator to provide top-notch support to the Catering Sales Team. The position is involved in all aspects of the event and catering sales process from the inquiry to the successful completion of the event. The Event/Catering Coordinator will be responsible for handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. He or she should be a forward thinker and highly organized. The Event/Catering Coordinator will work on special projects, provide administrative support and conduct professional correspondence with clients in a timely and accommodating manner.  Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, have a keen attention to detail and take pride in providing genuine hospitality.
HR Director Job located in El Paso, Texas. Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs for the hotel management company through Human Resources staff. Report to the CEO and serve on the executive management team. Assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues. Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Requirements: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field. One (1) year of professional experience as a manager or related occupation required. In lieu of a MS, we’ll accept the equiv. to a U.S. BS with five (5) years of prior progressive professional experience in the position offered or a related position.

Front Desk Supervisor Front desk supervisors typically serve as the face of a hotel. They provide customers with a first and last impression as both greeters of new guests and well-wishers to departing ones. Hotel front desk supervisors must be friendly and outgoing and possess excellent communication skills. Salary depending on experience, abilities, and references.
Night Security Hotel security officers help protect guests and their valuables, as well as fellow hotel employees. Typically, hotel security guards do not carry firearms, although there might be weapons on the premises they can access if required. Depending on state law and hotel policy, guards can be trained on the job or required to obtain formal training prior to employment. Salary depending on experience, abilities, and references.
Housekeeping Staff To be responsible for cleaning and tidying the hotel bedrooms. In doing so, they must:

  • Do the domestic work required, including changing the bedclothes and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom
  • Check the general condition of the room and notify the Assistant Housekeeper of any malfunction or damage

Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the linen and equipment supplied for his or her use
  • To ensure that brand standards and procedures are applied
